Can you show me how to use the rating system in your toplist mod for me styles demo forum please

You need the URL of the script handling the rating. I used prototype and scriptaculous for the ajax and fading effect . Once you got that working you can start thinking about a BBcode .

you have the brains mate,1 st post title updated can we make the star rating system a mod and be used for any sort of topic/feature etc

Could look into making it moduler so everyone can embed it into something and make it more dynamic .

any news on this my quest to find a good rating mod is looking bleek

Well like I said before it doesn't have prio over my other mods so I'll do then first before starting on this one otherwise none of them gets finished
